Pebbles or Bam Bam (The Flintstones), Chuckie Finster (Rugrats! ), Charlie Brown (Peanuts), and Little Red Riding Hood or Dorothy are all options for your Toddler Sim (of fairy tale fame).
I like how there are so many various outfits to pick from, but keep in mind that most of them need The Sims 4: Toddler Stuff to operate.

Why are you taking this so seriously? This outfit is fantastic!
But, really (no pun intended). The outfit is a recolor of an existing suit from the game, meant to appear precisely like Arthur Fleck’s (as portrayed by Joaquin Phoenix). It’s absolutely accurate.
The artist also added two different versions of the Joker’s facepaint: a fresh swatch and a melting, oozing version (which occurs when you’re rampaging about Gotham killing townies).
Harley Quinn is 16 years old. Makesims has set the tone.

Why not purchase a matching outfit to reflect one of pop culture’s most poisonous relationships if you’re going to get Rloca’s Joker 2019 set? Suicide Squad’s Harley Quinn (and, later, Birds of Prey in 2020) has a highly distinctive and eye-catching style, which are two essential parts of a fantastic Halloween costume.
Although the multicolored hair isn’t included, the mesh top and body suit are more than sufficient.
Especially if you choose for the red-and-black two-tone swatch.

These outfits aren’t as overt as their Halloween set, but they’re still really fantastic.
I really like their interpretation of The Little Mermaid. Leggings with a scale design make a lot more sense than a wearable Mermaid tail, plus they provide you a lot more movement.
A demon, a skeleton, and what looks to be a gladiator (just referred to as “antique” in the.package files) are among the various costumes available.

After all, a hero is made up of around 80% outfit. It’s almost as though it’s a no-brainer.
You just put on their logo and colors and, voila, you’re done. Everyone is aware of your identity.

The red bodice, blue gladiator skirt, metal fighting boots, and – most famous of all – the silver “amazonium” armbands of bullets and bracelets renown, how could anybody be mistaken?

The developer even included her “rebirth” appearance, which added to my enjoyment of this download. Her black, elegant, star-studded ensemble is one of my favorites.

Why settle with just one lantern when you may have all of them?
That, after all, is very much against comic book canon, but for a costume party? There’s no harm in wearing a variety of hues.
This set’s degree of detail is quite astounding.
The artist went to great lengths to guarantee that each lantern’s costume was unique (some based on the lore, others tweaked a little for visual appeal). The optics on the masks even have that cool white-out appearance.
They don’t truly alter your Sims’ eyes, so don’t worry!

Beats me.
All I know is that they’re in plazasims’ Halloween Set 1, with a werewolf and a noblewoman from the Victorian period.
By the way, I like the fact that they are full-body items. With only one click, your Sim will be ready to go. While mixing and matching CAS items might be entertaining, there are times when you simply want to dress up your Sim right away.

This skeleton costume is just brilliant. And it’s aesthetically distinct.
The bone design is on a dress, stockings, and gloves, rather than the traditional leotard/bodysuit/onesie that I’m accustomed to seeing.
To be honest, the whole ensemble (including the facepaint) exudes insane La Muerte – meaning Lady Death – vibes in the greatest manner conceivable.

What does a contemporary witch need except a dress, a hat, and some bright lipstick?
This is the kind of costume you wear to a Halloween party if you want to feel well, look nice, and yet be able to move about freely. There are no complicated prostheses, no unpleasant fabric, and no extraneous accessories.
In an easy-breezy and airy outfit, it’s just you (or your Sim, in this instance). A floppy hat, too.

Cyberdoll did not develop the outfits (i.e., the mesh, recolors, etc. ), but they did come up with the idea.
They also handpicked all of the items. Individual CC authors are still given proper credit, but there are just too many on the lists to name.
Speaking of which, the idea is fantastic. I adore the concept, and I can’t wait to see it realized in real life.
For the time being, I’ll just have to make do with viewing it in-game.

Prepare to terrify the peons with her stunning blood-red gown.
The designer seems to have utilized a mod or slider to change the model’s head (in keeping with Tim Burton’s 2010 masterwork), but you don’t have to. The queen’s ominous image may easily be recreated with the clothing, crown, and cosmetics.
